Privacy policy
This policy covers the ENGIS Studio website and what happens to the information you share with us through it. It is separate from the privacy policy of the ENGIS platform, which covers that product and its account data.
This page is being finalised. If you need anything in the meantime, email studio@engis.au.
Who we are
ENGIS Studio is the digital transformation division of ENGIS, an independent Australian software company. [Registered entity name] · ABN [XX XXX XXX XXX] · Melbourne, Victoria.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our project form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the details you give us about your business and project. If you attach files — a logo, photos, documents, an export of an old site — we collect those too.
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party scripts to profile you.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare for and respond to your enquiry, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
This website is hosted on Vercel, and files you attach are stored in Vercel’s file storage, which may hold data in the United States and other regions. Your enquiry is delivered to us by email via Resend. Both providers process this data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are deleted after 24 months. Uploaded files are deleted after 90 days unless your project proceeds, in which case they are kept for the duration of the engagement.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@engis.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
